1 All prices quoted on LimousineStop.com Web Site are for the specific services requested. Any deviation from the requested service (like additional parking, late or early service between 11:31 pm till 4:59 am,waiting time and so on.) will result in the appropriate additional charges. 2 Contract will not subsist between you and LimousineStop.com unless and until LimousineStop.com accepts your reservation by the confirmation e-mail. 3 All reservations are subject to acceptance by LimousineStop.com due to availability. 4 We accept only requests forthe service, which are made 8-48 hours in advance. 5 In order to process reservation, we require your credit card information and charge your total fare 8-48 hours before scheduled pick up time. Please, note that no reservation will be processed without valid credit card information. If processing of your credit card is declined, you will be notified by e-mail and your reservation will be canceled. 6 A cancellation of service requires 48 hours In advance on-line notice or 12 hours by phone, by calling 973-7781818 and fare is fully refundable. In case of service cancellation from 4-11 hours in advance a charge of 30% of total fare will be deducted. If cancellation happens less than 4 hours prior to pick up or scheduled airport arrival a full charge of total fare is made and your account will not be credited. 7 All cancellations must include reference number of your reservation; otherwise we do not process it. 8 Service changes are permitted 12 hours in advance before scheduled pick up and are subject to acceptance by LimousineStop.com. 9 We allow 30 minutes extra waiting time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international (after scheduled arrival), than we charge $ 15.00 per half hour for each overdue waiting time. If customer fails to show up at designated meeting area within this time, pick up is being considered as no show. 10 For pick-ups other than from the airport, we allow 15 minutes waiting time. After that we charge $ 15.00 per half hour for each overdue waiting time. 11 By choosing your car service options, while making reservation on line, you agree to strictly follow them, otherwise we reserve the right to decline service (at the time of pick up) and charge you a total fare. 12 Member's account is being created for period no longer then credit card expiration date, after that you must edit your account and update credit card information. 13 LimousineStop.com does not take responsibility for any services disrupted due to weather, driving conditions or any other situations, which are beyond our control. 14 If flight is delayed over 2 hours, due to air traffic related problems, customer must notify LimousineStop.com for further travel plans. We do not guarantee availability of service in this case.
